Enjoy a tour of Lake Geneva through 1 or 2-hour cruises! Cruises depart from downtown Lake Geneva, around a 10-minute drive from The Abbey.

Explore the lake and its historic estates through the 26-mile lake shore path! The path is accessible at any point along the lake, with markers present throughout the path. The terrain can be quite rocky, so please plan accordingly.

Fun Fact: Unique to Lake Geneva, the 20 feet of shoreline leading to the lake must be reserved for the public, and property owners are responsible for maintaining the path through their properties. In fact, Kristin walked the entire path in 2023 in just over 7 hours!

Enjoy a tour of New Glarus (Spotted Cow) Brewery - one of our favorite attractions!

Hard hat tours are held once every Friday from 1-4 PM, with only 20 spots available each week. The brewery is around a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from The Abbey but is definitely a must-see if you have time!

Just a five minute drive from The Abbey and open daily, be sure to check out Pearce’s Farm Stand for a wide assortment of fresh fruit, veggies, canned goods, and florals.

Make sure to check out the nearby apple orchard and stock up on some of Wisconsin’s famous jams and sauces!
